  3. MANUAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  5. An installation program is included with PowerCalc.  If you prefer to install
  6. PowerCalc manually, follow the directions below:
  7.  
  8. From the DOS prompt, go to the root directory ( C:\ ) .  Create a new 
  9. directory called PWRCALC. Copy all the PowerCalc files into this new 
  10. directory.

  12. Now enter Windows.  Open up the Group you want PowerCalc to be a member of
  13. (For example, "Accessories").  From Program Manager, pull down the "File" 
  14. menu; select the "New" item; select the "Program Item" option.  In the 
  15. "Program Item Properties" dialog box, enter the following:

  17. Description:            PowerCalc
  18. Command line:           C:\PWRCALC\PWRCALC.EXE
  19. Working directory:      C:\PWRCALC
  20. Shortcut Key:           None
  21.  
  22. Note:  If you installed PowerCalc into a different directory than suggested, 
  23. enter the directory you used in the place of C:\PWRCALC.

  25. PowerCalc is now installed.  Double-click its icon to run PowerCalc.
